We had a great stay at a hostel in Milan. The location was convenient and the price was reasonable. The room was spacious enough and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated having a private locker for our belongings. The hostel was clean and well-maintained, with two showers available. The heaters in the room were a welcome feature during the winter. we had a good experience.

I recently booked this hostel on short notice and had a great stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff available 24/7 at the reception. They even helped me with printing my tickets. The cleanliness of the common areas and rooms was impressive, with daily cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the room setup as well, with separate rooms and showers, providing more privacy and comfort. Despite being in a hostel, it was nice and quiet, as if I were staying in a hotel. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. Although not in the city center, this hotel is situated in a peaceful area close to Piola subway station, giving easy access to any part of Milan. There were also plenty of cafes nearby and a large Carrefour supermarket just 5 minutes away.
All was great, no improvements needed.

It had a nice kitchen and dining area, and the common spaces like the game room and the lounge area were big and clean. Finally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Nothing not to love!

The hostel was conveniently located near the Metro station, making it easy to get to main attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. the communal areas were well-maintained and provided useful facilities such as lockers and power sockets.
Although the hostel was overall a good experience, the kitchen could have been better equipped for self-catering guests.

During my Easter stay, I really liked the cleanliness of the hostel. The rooms were well-maintained and the common areas were also kept tidy. Another positive aspect was the convenient location. The hostel was situated near a university, making it easy to navigate and explore the city. I enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hostel had quite a few additional charges for borrowing basic amenities such as towels and kitchen utensils.

The price was excellent and the room was very clean. the comfortable lounge was a great place to unwind and relax after walking around the city all day. the staff was friendly and always willing to help out with anything we needed.
The rental system was a bit over the top, as we had to pay for cutlery and other basic amenities that should have been included. the heating in the rooms was not effective, and we had to ask for extra blankets to stay warm.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway and famous tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive and the facilities were up to date. I really appreciated the comfortable and large beds and the quiet atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.
That there was a fee for leaving luggage, which I found a bit inconvenient. , some of the staff members were not as friendly as others, which made me feel a bit unwelcome at times.

I recently stayed at a hostel in the city and had a great experience. The place was centrally located and had a very clean and well-equipped room. The staff at New Generation Hostel Citta Studi were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. They even let us use a hairdryer for a few minutes without charging us. The wifi signal was strong throughout the building, which is not always the case in other hostels. I was impressed with the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and the convenient location of the hostel.
Everything is what I need and want. 👍
